You can cancel your reservation yourself – no calls or emails needed – all you need is your order number and email address. You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled vehicle pickup. After that, please contact us directly to check your options.
How do you cancel your reservation?

1. In the top right corner, click “Modify your reservation”
2. Enter:
- The email address you used when making the reservation
- Your reservation number
- Select the option “Cancel reservation”
3. Click “Confirm”
After a successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email.
Frequently asked questions about reservation cancellation
Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before vehicle pickup. Late cancellations may incur additional fees. Details on reservation cancellation can be found at:

✔️ If you selected the pay-on-collection option when booking, you can cancel the reservation yourself via the online configurator.
✔️ If you paid with a credit card, cancellation via the online configurator is not possible. In this case, please email us at 📧 info@agio.si with your reservation number and details, and we will handle the cancellation and refund.
✔️ Cancellations are completely free up to 48 hours before pickup and do not incur any additional costs.
Check your “<strong>Junk</strong>” (spam) or “<strong>Promotions</strong>” folder in your email inbox. If you don’t receive the confirmation within 10 minutes, please contact us.
✔️ If the reservation has already been paid, the refund will be processed within a few days using the same payment method as the original payment (bank transfer or credit card).
✔️ Currently, it is not possible to directly modify a reservation. If you want a different date or vehicle, you must cancel the existing reservation and create a new one.
